The customer can return the items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
For the return to be accepted, the goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (including envelopes and packaging). It is essential that the customer has stored them appropriately and used them only for the time strictly necessary to understand and verify their characteristics and functionality, avoiding any signs of wear.
The customer has two options for making the return:
- Shipping at your own expense: the customer can ship the goods using an express courier or the ordinary postal service. The shipping costs related to the return will be at his expense.
- Hand delivery: as an alternative to shipping, the customer has the option of returning the item in person to the Vipitalia Milano Pickup point, thereby avoiding shipping costs.
