1. What are the collection point opening hours?
Stationery store CUSL in via Festa del Perdono - Open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:30pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Vipitalia Milano - Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm

2. What do I need to bring to collect my order?
It is sufficient to show the order confirmation in paper or digital format.
Returns and Refunds
1. How long do I have to make a return?
The customer can return the items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. When and how will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and verified, we will only refund the cost of the goods, excluding the initial shipping costs.

Deliveries and shipments
1. What are the shipping times for Italy?
Delivery times for Italy are 24/48 working hours, excluding Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, where times are extended up to 48/72 working hours.
2. Do you also ship abroad? What are the times and costs?
We also ship abroad. Shipping times can reach a maximum of 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and vary depending on the area.

3. What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
If the customer finds an anomaly in his order or wishes to make a return, he can contact us by email at

For returns, it is important that the report reaches us within 14 days of receiving the products.
