Deliveries and Shipping
The User will be informed of the shipment via an electronic communication confirming delivery to the carrier.
Each order is shipped within 2 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
We inform you that shipping may be delayed in case of heavy traffic on the site.
Shipments are entrusted to reliable partners such as TNT, BRT, UPS and Poste Italiane, all of whom guarantee fast and safe delivery.
Delivery methods for Italy are 24/48 working hours, excluding Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia (expected shipping times 48/72 working hours). The delivery term starts from the moment the Products are entrusted to the courier.
For foreign orders, shipping times vary depending on the area.
The order will be handed over to the courier within 2 business days of receiving payment and delivered according to the timeframes indicated above. The courier will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If the package is not picked up after the second attempt, the courier will return it to the sender. In the event of a return, the sender will refund the recipient the purchase price of the goods, less shipping and return costs.
As soon as the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment online at any time. Please note that shipments are not made on weekends and holidays.
Shipping costs vary based on the destination country, size, weight and volume of the package. Any additional duties or taxes due to customs are the responsability of the customer. The table below shows the costs for shipments up to 0.5 kg in weight. For shipments weighing more, the costs will be calculated and shown at the time of ordering.
